I want to make a F2P Eu account on my US acc how do I do it?
plz step by step guide

Took me ages to work this out and numerous wrong answers from GM’s.

Only way u can do it from the land of Oz is to get someone on EU with a sub to send a RaF request. Once u accept, it’ll produce an error, we’ll it did for me, however after u will receive an EU account!

Be prepared for yellow / red lag though from the great Southland!

1.3 Changing your Region / Realm List

Keep in mind that changing the realmlist doesn't work since MoP, as the file doesn't exist anymore. If you want to play on servers not in your region, you have two options. You could install a separate client for the region you want to access, or change your WoW installation.

Here's a simple thing I tried with the MoP installation and that worked for me:

Changing your Client

Choose one: edit your client and edit it back after, or if you have the room, do what I did: copy the entire installation into another folder (called WoW 2 or something).

In the copy / in your client open the file Config.wtf in the WTF folder in any text editor (I used a code editor because Mac TextEdit screws code up sometimes). Programs > World of Warcraft > WTF > Config.wtf

Find the line for your region: SET locale "enGB" (or SET locale "enUS") Change it to the region you want to play: SET locale "enUS" (for US servers, or SET locale "enGB" for EU servers)

Save the file and that's it.

You used to be able to just modify the Config.wtf, open Wow.exe and then login to your account. Then that in turn would automatically create a US/EU Trial account (that you would see if you later start up the Launcher).

Othwerwise, adding US/EU 10day-trial key used to also work.

I did it a while ago so idk if it still works but these 2 posts should help.

This worked for me as well. Few years ago and for RU servers.
Do you know if it works/ed for Korea and maybe other regions?
