Could anybody post the spell level changes here for 7.1? I cant seem to find them anywhere

Hey, I was just having a look at Hunter stuff on Wowhead and noticed http://www.wowhead.com/spell=19434/aimed-shot is showing as instant cast. Can anyone confirm this is the case? If so, it's a sneaky little tweak that I didn't realise took place. It could make Marks more interesting now. Anyone tested Marks dps if indeed Aimed Shot is instant cast?
