I need help making a 24

I was thinking about making a 24 and I only have a full boa set for clothies and I was wondering what the best class would be at 24 that uses intellect and cloth...
(balance druid)
(resto druid)
(ele shaman)
(resto shaman)
(disc priest)
(shadow priest)
(holy priest)
(affliction warlock)
(demonology warlock)
(destruction warlock)
(Fire mage)
(frost mage)
(arcane mage)
(holy paladin)
(mistweaver monk)

I want to be the best dps class that way I faceroll everyone.
Please rate the top 3 from my list :) and whats good about them and how good can I expect them to be? Like if a frost mage is the best damage but they are also super weak and cant survive worth shit please list that like tell me how good they are at surviving and how good of damage. Thank you and I hope I enjoy this new bracket :D

Well atleast you're honest :p

Shadow Priest
Frost Mage
Disc Priest

Shadow priest are both bursty and have good survivability
Frost Mages possible has the best burst in the bracket but as you said, they are really squishy
Dish priests are great healers and deal very good damage too

Thanks very much for this but I don't think a priest is what I want I might but I've twinked priests so many times they got old and boring and a frost mage sounds fun right now but I thought about how many rogues would 1 hit me but I might still play a priest, and a mage but Im wondering what else there is too offer.

I'm playing a mage atm, sitting at 2k HP in BG's, if you have fast reactions they should only get 1 ambush off, and even 24 rogues dont ambush for 2k. After that you can 2 shot them with shatter :)

How is that more stamina heavy build coming? You start putting it together yet? Been thinking of rolling a mage myself at 24, but don't know what is achievable in regards to how I want to allocate my stats.

Or a Boomkin ;)
 
I'm sort of in the same boat as this guy but I already chose what I want to main as a 24 twink(WW Monk).
Can someone tell me or point me right direction as to what the benefits from faction changing(I.E Ally -> Horde)

Sitting at 2.6k unbuffed, still missing 2x AGM, fishing hat, 6 stam bracers with 15 stam enchant and 9 stam to cloak, so will probs reach 3.3-3.4k. Not counting for 2x Stam gnomer rings since I'm going with double argas :)

I'd say horde for neck + gloves :)

oh.. well depends; if you can afford faction change and want to be completely BiS, it's your choise, wether you want to be alliance or horde at the end. Of course start out as horde then change, if you wanna end up as alli :)

If you can't really afford it, I'd say don't bother, not too many faction specific items are needed as MW monk as 24, so just go for the faction you want :)

I believe he said WW in his post not MW. Go ally, there are enough hordie 24s already

If faction changing, it doesn't matter. Start as the faction you do not want to be, then xfer to the faction you want to be. Alliance has BiS chest and gloves, Horde has BiS necklace. The rest of the gear is available for both factions. In my experience Horde often has more 24's than Alliance, but that is EU :) Hope it helps!
