I need help enchanting my Twink!

Hi guys! English is not my first language so sorry if I do any mistake. Also, I’m not sure if this is the best place to post this but I didn’t find any other place.

I have leveled and geared my twink in 2 weeks. I have all the sockets and enchants ready but I’m struggling with enchanting one piece. I have used the guide and forums that are posted in this webpage, but I didn’t find anything that helps with my problem. Taking into account the guide and looking all the twinks in the FP2/Veteran list I have seen that all the characters have 3 enchants in their shoulders/waist/legs.

I have enchanted my shoulders and my waist with “Master's Inscription of the Axe” and “frag belt” but when I try to enchant my legs with “Draconic Leg Reinforcements” I can’t. I can only have 2 professions at a time and if I unlearn one of them to learn another one, I lose that specific enchant.

Checking the twink list all of them have the 3 enchants at the very same time. How did they do it? Sorry if it is a dumb question and thanks a lot for or the help, the guides and your time.

You don't need tailoring active for the pants enchant, bomb req. lvl 1 northend engi anyway so drop engineering, pick up pandaria leatherworking and apply the enchant , drop leatherworking and pick up northend engineering again.

I feel so dumb…. I’m Really sorry. When I dropped inscription and enchanting, I lost both enchants so I thought it will happen the same with leatherworking and I didn’t even try it. Sorry. Thank you both @Sil @EKJMNY45 for your replys and your time guys! Thanks!!!!!!
