My thoughts exactly. What sort of action would they take? Would they even notice? Last year, if the prize pool went over $10k, I still give Blizzard a 0.01% chance of taking notice.

Blizzard could sue the organizers and possibly the participants. Or at least threaten to take legal action. I am sure it is in the EULA we all agreed to.
