perfect. so the droobyg google doc isn't updated yet but there are quite a few changes

the scaling has changed on many enchants at least outside of bg's

Here is a WIP version I created using the beta a month ago. Not sure if anything major has changed since then, I guess not. Almost all old bis enchants are still bis, it's just the values that are changed. No lvl 29 (instanced bg) values due to no bgs on the beta realms.
