How did you get exploration achievements for all Outland zones, plus achievements for completing Scarlet Monastery & Gnomeregan, as well as exalted for Timbermaw?

Those are all achievements that require you to be carried by a paid account, literally for the exploration achievements.

I've done gnomer with a group of 20s.

Outland's is completely explorable even though it kills you inside

There are flying-only areas in every zone except Zangarmarsh. In addition, the flying-only areas in Terokkar, SMV and Netherstorm are completely disconnected from the main continent so there's not even any chance for mountain climbing hacks.

Consolidated farming (the first four can be done without P2P help):

• Defias Pirates in Dead Mines: Mechanical Squirrel and Green Wing Macaw.
• Hillsbrad Sentry and Hillsbrad Miner in Hillsbrad Foothills: Mechanical Squirrel and Black Tabby Cat.
• Most mobs in the Stranglethorn zones: Razzashi Hatchling and Hyacinth Macaw.
• Some mobs in Wailing Caverns (although the pets aren’t dropped by the same mobs): Mechanical Squirrel and Deviate Hatchling.
• Coldlurk Burrower, Dimensional Ooze, and Boiling Springbubble in Winterspring: Disgusting Oozeling and Azure Whelpling.
• Silty Oozling and Black Ooze in Wetlands: Disgusting Oozeling and Crimson Whelpling.
• Noxious Whelps in Feralas: Emerald Whelpling and Sprite Darter Hatchling.
