There's a red x in the corner of the item description, meaning it's a link clicked from chat. Its probably a random item with the same tooltip as the trident and they just linked that from wowhead and cropped the picture in a deceiving manner. I don't think it drops from that mob at all, it's just a difficult mob to farm and hard to get to.
