Hunter´s bugged flaming boar pet

First off, I hope this is in the right section as I´m not an avid poster.

I mostly play on my F2P account under the name Cavejuice. As a P2P I´m Dopethepope at Al`akir server in the 19 bracket.

When I logged my P2P acc as Dopethepope I had my bugged flaming boar pet intact, burning as intended. I thought, good news! Nothing has changed since the patches that went by..
But then I logged my old level 10 hunter (as in the avatar and as we speak lvl 20) the flaming boar was a regular armored boar...no flames to be seen..

Anyone have any input on what might have happend?

No usefull input on what hapened I'm afraid. I did do a quick check on my own pets for and here's the information.

I no longer have a 10 with that pet but I logged on my other hunters with it and they all seem intact (15, 19, 20, 24, 85). Other pets like it ("spirit"wolf, purple glow bear) are also intact although the purple effect on the bear seems to have diminished somewhat.

Try a ticket although I'm doubtfull they will help you now I once did get a spirit beast back I had lost due to my own fault (I can't remember patches, but more than a year ago).

Hope you manage to retrieve it.

P.s. I assume you've done the usuall like put pet in stable, take out again, relog, repeat (I've had it bug before and come back doing this).

However I´ve tryed everything that comes to mind and also the things you´ve mentioned.
Sadly, no change. I´ll guess I keep on trying from time to time.

My boar lost his flames when I logged today on Dopethepope as well... No flames on neither of the boars.. Gone!

I'm not sure why it's happened but have you tried setting particle density to ultra in graphic settings? It helps make enchants glow brighter etc and it may also affect your pet appearance too.

The problem maybe completely unrelated to displayed graphics but it's my 2 pence.

Billymáys, Thank you for reply.

I do have graphics on ultra settings so I guess that´s not the issue. The pet has no flames and also the burning sound effect from the pet is gone. It was almost annoying to have the pet out because of all the noise from the damn pig when it is out.
