huntard gearing question

So I know I need to get hit capped, I just cant figgure out the best way to go about it. I read Pizza's guide, and while it is amazing, but there are still some questions.



I can't get Seraphs strike which is the best as it grants hit cap in itself.



I cant figure out the best way to go as an alternative.



I see 2 possible gearing set ups here.

1) hunter boa chest, pvp boa staff

2) rogue boa chest, rockslicer



everything else is the same.



Looking at it the hunter chest/staff set up gives 10 more stam and 6 more resil, the axe set up gives 7 more agi 2 more crit.



both will give hit cap with ellos band and BOA bow but which is best?

There are a lot of other viable classes to roll, if i hadn't already had an 80% done hunter from a few years ago, I would have probably rolled a holy paladin/prot paladin/frost mage/boomkin/discpriest/elesham/warlock/other

They're both good. I like my orc too. I know it's not the best racials or anything, but they're the iconic horde race.
