Human Priest - 2nd AGM or BOA Trinket?

Title says it all 2nd AGM or BOA Trinket?

edit: Talking about the Bind on Account Spell Power/Haste one.

Every Man for Himself - WoWWiki - Your guide to the World of Warcraft Doesn't stack with insignia trinkets so equipping/using them is pointless on a human, unless you want the minimal amount of resilience given by the BoA insignia. I believe he was asking about either the haste rating or SP trinket. I'd have to say it's personal preference whether you want to use either of them over another 12 stam. I'd probably end up using 1 agm and 1 Eye of the Beast myself, unless I felt I needed the extra stam in a given bg/arena for any reason.

Yea i was asking about the SP or Haste trinket since as human you have the option to choose. 120hp is kind of sexy especially for a priest that will be covering the fc was just wondering what anyone else thinks about this?

definately 2 AGM. I've been trying for one for my human priestess, but I live on a high pop server and 80s are always at the arena :(

Stam, always. And if you don't feel like you want any more stam, just think of the extra 12 stam as cash for a spending spree on other stats - for example, use mindthrust instead of 2/2 or put SP on bracers instead of stam. Point is, the stam can be converted into other stats. Priests' stats are very customizable.

Priests don't need to be stam stacked, l2kite.

Boa sp trinket imo.

Both trinkets will have advantages for different situations. It matters what position your in on which trinket you will use. I would suggest you have both of them ready at all times.

extra 120 hp?

Comeon. leg patchs and shoulder chants were nerfed for a reason. do we really need to explain to you the benefits of that much extra hp, esp in a bracket where every stat point counts?

Yea that works for when playing offensive priest (flag recovery team, offensive dispeller), but a defensive priest, or someone covering the flag carrier you may not have that many options. Lot of the options to kite away are lost and the priest may need to take a bit of a beating while healing the FC where a flag recovery team is hammering down with 100% debuff on.

Or am I wrong?

I'm still learning about best strats on playing a priest so thanks for your responses, I've been learning a lot from this forum :)

The only way I look at it is this way, an extra 120 hp is like an extra sin strike you can take from a rogue, or a melee crit from a warrior etc. Whereas the SP from the BOA trinket affects all of your heals, including the hot you're going to probably be having on yourself at all times, as well as the amount of damage your bubble can absorb. Not that it's such a substantial amount, but it is nice to have, not to mention the 2% mana gain you could potential get from tossing out SW:p's on people attack your FC and getting the KB from a tick.

Hmm interesting points, thanks.

Ok how about on the flip side, after using your one AGM when its on cooldown would you want to swap in so you could have active two [ITEM]Discerning Eye of the Beast[/ITEM] or [ITEM]Swift Hand of Justice[/ITEM]?

Actually now that I think about it, would you ever really want to use [ITEM]Swift Hand of Justice[/ITEM]? Seems something that would burn mana and may not be useful at times whereas the other trinket is useful all the time.

Once again, don't think of it as 12 stamina so much as 12 stat points. Because we have so many possible gear combinations, it's easy to 'swap out' around ~12 stamina (if you feel you don't need the extra at all) to other stats in other slots.

Though priests don't need to stack stam, it's definitely important to have a certain amount. At this point in my 3.1-playing, I'm not quite sure where that value is, but I want to say it's around 900-1000. More stam allows you more breathing room to manage your team instead of saving your own ass. Also, with having both Bandaging and now the ridiculous power of Lifeblood, you should be able to reset your health plenty of times, making any extra stam you have become more and more useful (for example, having 50 more hp becomes a greater advantage the more you 'top off'.)
