Hey are there any 89 twinks (would they be a threat to 85s?)

I have my 85 lock i do not feel like leveling have all that Cata gear. Some raiding Epics so yeah.

89s aren't really a threat to me. I've noticed there isn't really any gear upgrades from 85-89 so I feel your stats would be hit hard.

being lvl 89 is a disadvantage, rather than an advatage. Not much gear is "locked" up from 86-89, and the higher level you are, the worse stat-scaling you get.

Bracket seems to be nonexistant on my BG, especially my server, so arena will be (if there are q pops at all) mostly 2s :<
Edit: Also I won't get a single BG when im locked (same as in 70s, which was my reason to start in another bracket)
