From what Nakedplumber has told me in a previous thread I have made, Spirit looks to be (as of now) a prime stat for healers. Because the more spirit you have depends on how long you can cast, considering Intellect no longer gives mana, but only SP and spell crit. It's hard to say though, since MoP doesn't even have a release date yet, meaning there's still lots of development and changes occuring.
