EU+US How to twink? :O

I didn't twink since pandaria and know nothing about it.

I'd like to stay with my DH on any level between 101-109 to do skrims pretty much.

Which level is the best for twinks?
Does 10ilvl equal 1% stats while you level aswell?
+ Any info anyone could give me ^^

For BG and Arena do 109. Especially on a DH.

And if i lock my xp do i still only go vs other people that locked their xp?

Yes. For instanced PVP your toon should always be 109.

Necks, rings, and trinkets try to get warforged/titanforged, socket on all gear slots possible, and depending on class shoot for 25-30% leech.

Just No. All stats from gear are deactivated and only the equipped item level counts (+ only wear the right armor class or the stat template will screw you over).

I think what @Veechard is trying to say is if they decide to go 101 and do stuff becides just ipvp that's what they'll want

From my own personal experience at least. I'm also not going out there and saying yes this is best, it's just from my findings mixed with ideas from others. Neck rings n such all provide a lot more stats than other slots, so if you pick pieces to spend a lot on and get the highest IL these would be best choice. Mix in some leech gear and your good to go

As far instances pvp goes, don't be that guy who makes a 109 just because during BGs it's best. You still put up a good fight at 101 in a 101-109 instances BG, and outside BGs your going to have 10x more fun as a 101

Well a 109 DH might be good for both ipvp and also duels and stuff because of all talents except the 110 talent
