It's when a higher level enchants an item with the trade window open. Right before the enchant is applied, they trade the item. If timed perfectly, you get receive the item enchanted. If you're on the receiving end, all you need to do is spam accept trade and let the trade enchanter do all the work.
 
Decided to also make a hunter! Would really appreciate the same detailed gearing/enchanting instructions for that :oops:. In particular, what enchants should I get that can be applied without game time? And what else is necessary to do with sub still on?
 
Get the full fang set from wailing caverns. Slap minor speed on the boots, glorious stats on the chest, and glove reinforcements on the fang gloves (get a high level toon to do this before you equip them).

I just tried doing this yesterday as far as the Glove Reinforcements go....... it made my gloves un-equippable and said level 60 required. I've opened a ticket to at least have the reinforcements removed..... still waiting....

That... doesn't happen? Must have used the wrong enchant or something?
 
Don't do every quest zone like some people suggested here. Just go for the good epics.

If you're planning to play balance on your druid you dont really need any epics. Just get a full fang set, engineer goggles and fill rest of the gear slots with blue BG gear.
 
Does it make a difference whether you choose Goblin or Gnomish Engineering? Do you even have to choose?

Either you did it wrong (idk how) or you used the wrong enchant (idk what other enchant is similar to glove reinforcements). I highly doubt a GM will un-enchant or un-bind the item for you.

Now this is some 12 years ago or w/e but I wanna recall there is an exact same enchantment that LWs could do to their own gloves which was basically free. That would probably soulbound it. No idea why the gloves are lvl 60 though, they were probably always level 60, or the enchant just require level 60 and he cant see the level req for the gloves.
 
Pic attached. The more I think about it.... the more I worry I bought a pair of level 60 gloves and didn't notice. But.... i really feel like they were proper level 20 ones.... but..... well.... I'll wait for the GM response.

Also note that Kul Tiran Surveying is currently on them because I tried to overwrite the Glove Reinforcements. That didn't make a difference.

1. Ye you bought level 60 gloves.
2. They arent soulbound, Kul tiran scavenging does not unbind items so your gloves were never soulbound.

lvl 20 fang gloves will 8 int/8 stam. You've got level 60 fang gloves.
 
So moving on from my embarrassing issue.... what's the best Green Lens? I just made a Fireflash with Crit/Haste. Is there a Haste/Versa one?
 
Thanks! Got one on my second try. Man... days like this are made for Wildvine farming. Working at home, tab back to WoW every 10 mins and cross your fingers on the Purple Lotus.

So the reason for going beyond 245 Eng and the Green Lens would be.... ?
