you don't see gladiators/duelists farming graveyard and/or afk out of losses in the 20-24 bracket.

yes you do. i used to farm gy with duelist friends almost regularly at 85.

Ooh, I like this point. Everything is subjective except things that aren't dependent on experience -- that is, nothing can really be proven except those things that reside totally within theoretical constructs. They include their own definitions which themselves are independent of experience, and so they can be completely, internally consistent.
