How to play 19 Rogue?

I want to make a 19 Rogue, but I have no idea how to play one.



Can you help me (maybe you can tell me what finishers to use when, etc?)



Also, can anyone give an armory of a Rogue with the best items including BOA, and one armory without BOA.

Valid point, i haven't played retail in for ever...

Rarely ever get on private servers.

When do you eviscerate and when SnD? Is it SnD always then eviscerate when SnD is still up and then eviscerate if you are going to kill the target quick and there are no more enemies around to kill?



Do you ambush with dagger and then swap weapon to sinister strike?



Is 12 the hit cap?



Also do you have an armory without BOA and one with BOA, with the best gear?



(Would Jailbot's armory be a perfect one for BOA? If so then what would go in the main hand when sinister striking?)

My armory is not quite perfect.



Get better bracers



3/3 monkey wranglers.

Boa rogue chest , and shadowfangx2.

Oh and my cape is just to keep me hit capped...

if you get Sentry cloak (in my bags)

use it after you get your boa chest is equiped...

But if you can't get shadowfang (likely the case)

Get cruelbarb for mainhand when SS-ing.

Shouldn't have too much trouble getting assassin's blade though, it's only 1.5K and people rarely manage to sell them before someone starts begging to buy one in /2











Oh and you seem to understand how to use SnD / Evis from what you just said.







HIT cap = 11 i think... but going a tiny bit over doesn't hurt.

Dont use a different weapon just to sinister.

I do

Stealth

garrot if it wears mail, equip dagger, ambush then back to shadowfang if not.

let your energy refresh if its a mage, lock, or healer so you can kick their heal, fear, or poly. if not mash sinister strike.

If they begin to run then gouge quickly, this requires good timing, and can also be used as a silence should kick be on CD

Sinister up to 5 points, if their low evis, or their mail and have 500 or more expose armor, SS once then slice and dice, then work up to Evis again.

My armory now is BiS with BoAs, youbprolly want 15 agi gloves tho (in bags) and have a macro to switch to duel CBs for garrotes and a assassins blade for ambushes

Don't listen to this, Expose Armor is 100% worthless. The only people you should ever use this on are clothies. & Im being serious.

Expose armor, use on someone with a lot of armor + who wont die in the next few seconds.
