Purj boomer shaman Jan 11, 2023 #2 Just run a WOD dungeon. The boss drops have a chance to proc an epic upgrade and/or sockets and tertiary stats. Quest rewards in dungeons from other expansions can proc as well. But from drops, its only WOD.
