How to get to Plaguefall?

Hey guys, I only have a few days left on my vet account and wanted to get the SL trinkets for my Monk. I was wondering if there was a way to get to the dungeons without having to do the whole storyline? Or is it worth Just queuing for them? If anyone is able to help I would really appreciate it!
Seperate question... What all should I make sure my twinks have before I lose the paid time?

I did a bit of Bastion on an alt, was able to get to Plaguefall as soon as I hit the first flightpath from Bastion (had flightpaths unlocked). Not sure you even need any quest beside Oribos arrival.

Get as many maps as you can, https://www.wowhead.com/item=187869/scouting-map-into-the-shadowlands, will unlock Flight Paths on alts. https://www.wowhead.com/item=172924/wormhole-generator-shadowlands is also neat, but not necessary. Both still require doing a bit of the Oribos intro to unlock Oribos NPCs

Stick a few gems on your twinks and a few BFA enchant scrolls. https://www.wowhead.com/item=173125/revitalizing-jewel-doublet is currently unobtainable unsubbed
