How to get Tanaan Jungle to scale down to level 11?

A little confused, trying to kill Tanaan rares, but they are all lev 40+? Shadowmoon valley is scaled ot me properly. Ive tried it both in regualr time and in WoD chromie time.
As soon as i fly to Tanaan i get wiped by everything.

Probably just being stupid. but thanks for any help.

Can someone tell me how to get the Forgotten One to scale to 10 in Dragonflight? I need the Amnesia neck piece.

Can a strictly f2p account get the neckpiece and jewelcrafting sockets?

I watched a level 11 DK one shot the NPC but to me it's like a skull (level 40 or something).

You have to have completed the dragon flight campaign(main story lines in each zone) on a high level, then all the zones scale down for your alts. Just wanted to thank you again.
Disorientated Watcher seems to be on a daily timer, so only the first kill yields good loot.
I received Amnesia my second day, so I guess I am pretty lucky or the drop rate is higher than 6%.

Ah nice. Yea. Some of my toons took many more attempts than that :p so Gratz :)
 
So I tried this on my trink earlier with an 80 DK carrying me.
I was in chromie time. He wasnt. Said either he had to join TW or I had to leave TW for us to not be phased.
He cant join chromie time at lvl 80.
So I flew back to chromie and left TW time.
But now I dont have the portal to get to Ashran
What am I doing wrong?
 
To add to my post right above this one I went to chromie time, then set my hearth to Ashran, then left chromie time and hearthed to Ashran

The 80 & I are now able to fly around killing mobs, but every drop so far has required level 40+ to use and or create.
And no mob has been lootable by me.

An alternate choice: the https://www.wowhead.com/item=200446/crystalized-sigil drops from a lizard horse called https://www.wowhead.com/npc=197009/liskheszaera in Ohn'aran.
 
Sooooo after some trial and error here is what I found, there are very specific drops that do not require a level requirement.
The vast majority of items are not useable at lvl 11.

To do any of it
Must be same faction
Your twink + a higher level
Neither can be in chromie time
Then highly recommend using Betis twink guide to target specific mobs, as like 80-90% of the rares will drop items a twink cannot use.

It sounds like the scaling might be off with Tanaan, especially if you're getting wrecked as soon as you fly in. I had a similar issue when I was doing WoD Chromie time, where some zones didn’t scale right, and I’d get overpowered by everything. It helped me to double-check that Chromie Time was active for that expansion and make sure my gear was up to snuff. If it’s still rough, grouping up with others might make it a bit easier, or just make sure you're hitting rares that are within your level range.

It scales at 40-44 if you have chromie time or not, a higher level is an absolute must, its literally impossible without.
