how to farm the ilvl 84 greens?

Make a level 21-23 farmer and hit the legion and BFA farming areas

Why just the greens? Burning Crusade and Wrath of the Lich King dungeons are Blue and socketed ilvl 84 (with at least 4 quest items that have a slight change to proc ilvl 89)

Wraith has some helms with socket ~ ilvl 84

isn’t it because any of them can proc a socket regardless of slot? plus i guess you can massfarm the hyperspawn areas without basically ever stopping
