how to farm for lv 19 boe items?

Nowadays with the scaling world we have, is it possible to farm for items like, Shadowfang, assassin's blade, for a lv 19 twink?
I ran shadowfang keep 10 times today, I got items thar required level >51 to equip, if a Shadowfang for ex, drops, it wont require lv 19 as it used to be before, right?
I made the runs with my 101 twink

If possible, how can I farm for a lv 19 shadowfang?



And dont say: "Buy it from AH"
havent seen one there since last year

you will most likely see one pop up on your ah before looting it on your 19. I have been soloing the entire dungeon on my 19 mistweaver monk for the past 4 days and have yet to get one, but who knows maybe youre a lot luckier than I am, my advice to you would be to level some kind of healer to level 19 who can still do good dps and start soloing it.
 
Depends on how bad you want it. Check other servers. Buy game tokens for required amount on that server. Buy shadowfang and xfer toon to your server. Winner winner
 
If I were looking to farm one... I would find the cheapest one US and buy it on that server, Xfer it back to mine...

If you are low on gold and do not know how to make gold with the AH very well, find a farm that is fairly lucrative (farming for new mounts in BFA seems like a decent route). Sell mount when it drops.. buy underpriced pets on your realm and sell them on the realm that has the shadow fang for a reduced price (to encourage someone to quickly buy it).
