how to destroy recipe: swiftness potion?

I was farming Recipe: Swiftness Potion - Item - World of Warcraft for 2 months...
when I finally got 1 I got 3 more in a matter of days - ofc w/o farming it on purpose
how am i supposed to destroy such thing?

i save one in the bank in case i either accidentally delete the prof, or do it on purpose for whatever mad reason that i might not temporarily want alchemy.

i'm also sitting on ez-throw dynamite, seaforium charge, +2 beast slaying, and +1 spirit to wrist recipes all for the same reason (can't imagine spirit to wrist will ever be worth putting on, but who knows).

I concur with definitely leaving them in the bank in case you ever need to drop alchemy. I have just recently picked up alchemy myself, and now that I'm working on my stockpiles of alchemy goods, I definitely have to consider how I'm going to manage my profession switching in the future if I don't have backups of those recipes. There's not a whole heck of a lot else to really keep in the bank (I still have 16 Hallowed Wands from 2011 in mine) so just hang on to them!

where did you farm it?

the actual farm took place in DM and RFC where i got a recipe from the chest but it took like 200+ runs! - ok these were faceroll runs but still
then I got another recipe in RFC when I was farming a mog shield
but most strikingly I got 2(!) recipes yesterday when I farmed
Irradiated Crystal Shard - Item - World of Warcraft - 1 from murlocs and 1 from blood elves

so to make a conctructive advice from my experiences - if u'r after the recipe go farming those shards - they'll give you "BiS" buffs and you may get the recipe in the proces - if that doesnt work, you can always go DM/RFC.... or farm more shards
