Pretty sure it only requires 70 to make, any one can eat it, but im sure Blizzard will fix that like everything.

Have you tried it yourself? Because I've certainly seen twinks running around with the buff. Haven't tried it myself since none of my friends have leveled their cooking to 450 recently, but I have personally used the giant feast and grown big.

99% sure that it was fixed in Patch 3.0.9 so that it doesn't give you the buff if you're under level "x"
