How to: Bounty Hunter's Bracers

Just gotthese baby on my paladin, clearly extremely powerful and great. It's grandfathered, quest not available anymore. But these are in game and you an get them, if you did Chok'sul Quest Pre-Cata, Ask a GM to switch reward, if you don't mind about the ring switch ring to bracers, but what I did is ask the gm to switch Kimbra boots for Bounty Hunter's Bracers and it worked on first try no problem. 14 Hit is now possible =D, +3 hit bracer, +5 Boots, +2 Shoulder, +4 Chest. If you got the blue belt mail 3stam/3str/3hit from alliance quest or Irregular belt +2hit, you could get 16-17 Hit on a leather + wearer.

Indeed, these boots are for some useful but for me, totally not, so I didn't care and I'm just in love with these =)

Never been possible to get. They changed Chok'sul quest reward when 4.0.1 or 4.0.3 went live but at the same moment they removed Chok'sul (Mob to kill) and removed to post to get the quest from, so basically just impossible to get these reward.

WANTED: Chok'sul - Quest - World of Warcraft looks like you could also obtain a 4dodge ring, or 2stam 4int 5crit mail legs. so bank may pay to ticket for GM to get you them pants!

Yeah but bracers are more valuable since I'm running with 2 crits ring already and that I have the RFC quest Blue legs so in term of crits it's 1 less for legs, but 2 more for bracer

Sorry for refreshing the topic but...May I ask what did you write in the ticket? I mean...You must said something 'special', as I do not think GM would change Kimbra Boots to any of those quest rewards, as those are items from 2 completely different quests!

It's the exact same quest. Wanted: Chok'sul. Kimbra are pre-cata quest reward, Bounty hunter Post-Cata *Which never went live

You tried this during 4.1?



Because I've done this during 4.0.3 and it worked dunno about now, maybe they removed it or something

Tried it mostly in 4.0.3, and I don't know if they mean if it's purged or that it is not in any quest anymore...

I guess they marked it as purged something around that.

The items are still possible to get with help from a GM. I got my old reward (The Mail Shoulders) changed to http://www.wowhead.com/item=59027 today

No belt, it's a 4 Dodge ring.



Actually, you can ask for change and sometimes (in my case for example) They didn't remove the Kimbra boots, so if I wanted I could ask for ring also.
