How rare is the Cadet Shield of Blocking and what is it worth?

Nothing rare like a SF but just as valuable. For PvP(and PvE for tanks) it's BiS. The stats on it are unbeatable. 18.84% block is by far the most valuable BoE I could think of. However the price won't get any higher than 1kg

I came across probably 8-10 in the last 10months.

Just keep scounting AH you'll come across one. Most of the time they're extremely cheap, if not, never over 1k like Mrcer said.

I snagged one earlier for 4g , was just wondering what they were worth. Gotta love a good deal.
