how rare is a lvl37 Eye of Flame ?

i havent seen much of this item across all realms' AHs that i played in (30+ realms) .. is it very rare ? so far i have only manage to collect 2

Yes it's very rare. I happen to have one on my priest, but it wasn't easy to get. Unfortunately the bracket largely doesn't exist anymore, so good luck trying to find a buyer, if you are looking to sell.

i am looking for more .. collecting and putting them into a guild bank and tucking them away
