It is identical to the scaled http://www.wowhead.com/item=82880/fang-of-adarogg - which puts it at the same damage/speed as most of the decent daggers. Its a decent option for if you're running dagger(s) and want more hp. http://www.wowhead.com/item=115349/talon-of-vultros still has the best weapon damage. http://www.wowhead.com/item=1935/assassins-blade and http://www.wowhead.com/item=6448/tail-spike will have 3 crit instead of stam, for more damage.
