How much is this site worth?

Just curious. I'm guessing maybe 8k? If an admin feels desperate enough lol.
Not that I plan on buying it or anything. Sometimes I just wonder.

Correct me if I'm wrong it could be more
 
Well, I have no idea how you estimate the price of a website, but my guess is its traffic, uptime, latency and security. Since this website has donations and I'm guessing between 5000-7500 visits per day (not counting same IP twice) and its downtime is pretty much never unless updateing the UI on the site I'd estimate this to about 5000 dollars, because that would be my offer if I were to buy the site. Again, I have no relations or any experience with website trading so this might be far off its actual worth.
 
I don't think it is worth much at all these days, activity has gone down a lot.
 
It is a pretty structured forum. And it gets some income in ads I'm guessing. If it had some big sponsers from the actual developers and such it might be a whole lot more. I feel like having a YouTube channel that interviews (commentaries) twinks and does a couple community montages together here and there it would get a lot more traffic.

Edit: just discovered they had a channel. Hasn't been active in a while, but it has progress :eek:

hey just gotta find the right market and not over expand/saturate. family video and mom and pop stores still rent stuff, snot all digital yet
 
To be honest, there's a lot they could do with this site to make it more successful and generate more income.
 
I believe Shane (or maybe it was Daman) purchased the site for $8,000. I can only assume the value has gone down a bit (as activity has also).

You're right, Eliot...that's what Daman walked away with after a handful of us ran his site for him while he was doing whatever he was doing at the time. Nice profit for doing nothing, considering he bought it for $1k. Hope you're well, Eliot...been a long time man!
