5k+ i think. some people say more but ive seen some pop up in my auctioneer since the random dungeon was implemented, so rarer than a shadowfang methings but not as rare as before.
PoD's are more in the 25k range. You'll see them go for anywhere from about 20-35k depending on server, demand, timing, etc. 5k is ridiculously low and I'd buy every single one that anyone wants to sell for 5k.
