How is shield slam?

So I missed out on rolling a warrior for its OP shield slam for low level bgs 5.2.
Was wondering what everyone's opinion on it is now with the the nerf 5.3. Obviously blizzard tried to target the low level damage output which I think is good, but now I can't partake in oneshotting

Is it still OP? Or should i reroll a feral? shadow priest?
