How do I open the chest in Trader's Post?

I'm pure f2p and I swear I opened it once and got 100 currency. I think I opened it last September (iirc, I could be wrong though) and then I never saw it shiny again

You have to complete attempts, there is an addon that lets you use it supposedly but idk what im doing wrong i can see all the objectives but never lets me contribute to completing any

ooh, I do remember doing Darkmoon Faire during October 6 - 12. That must've been it! No wonder why I never saw the chest glow again, because I haven't done any ever since lmao, I didn't know that's how it works. Thank you!

The addon lets you view all activities / see progress, since you cant do that without addon if you don’t have gametime
