How are 19 Ferals?

I've quit WoW for a while and am deciding to come back now. How are feral druids?
Here is a chardev for my future character- chardev 9
(I cannot get signet because I already have seal)

Feral druids are really good, and underplayed.

The chardev looks good, use Signet of Argas instead of Elo's band though- and most of us opt for stained shadowcraft shoulders over the pvp ones (they're both fine though).

Edit: I'd go gloves of the fang over foreman's aswell as none of your abilities require you to be infront of your target, and you don't have any defensive CDs so the stam comes in handy!

They are underplayed and good currently, and I am pretty sure they are getting buffed in MoP.

Actually Pvp shoulders are BiS. You are over hit capped with Helm and chest so its better to go with pvp shoulders
