How active are 19s for US

I havent played in a few months and I am wondering about how often 19s pop or if they still pop all the time still.

This is roughly the schedule for 19s in US:

All times are Eastern Standard Time

Wednesday 8 PM - 10:30 PM
Thursday 8 PM - 10:30 PM
Friday 8 PM - 11:30 PM
Saturday 8 PM - 11:30 PM
Sunday 8 PM - 10:00 PM

We had constant games from Thursday all the way until Sunday. Games won't pop on Monday and Tuesday yet as those are both popular days for level 90 mains.

Its dead. Okay some games popped over the weekend but from what it was (games popping pretty much any time you qued) its dead.

Like I've said before:

Pops =/= Life in a Bracket

This is exactly what happened with every other mid bracket. The absence of competition, a disintegrating community and eventual stagnation. With current attitudes held by people who are seen as bracket leaders these will only attract casuals and people who are looking for some sort of "beer league" play. There isn't a haven for those who wish to improve and become better which further decreases motivation for the more hardcore players. With no vision as to where the bracket is going it will slowly slip into inactivity and will eventually cease to exist.

Not only that but the game is completely broken right now which makes the situation exponentially worse.

Let the bracket die with some dignity, it was a good run while it was booming, but sometimes good things have to come to an end.
