The thing I've been thinking about, as the glowing **coughcoughSHILLScough** reports flow in, is:
If we're getting the guardrails-off version of player housing, to be as creative as we want....
PLAYER MADE CONTENT WEN!?!?
Cause if I can go HAM with unused assets in Azeroth.... NOW we're talking!

• Is it possible that Housing could be available as a standalone feature for a smaller subscription price to make it more accessible?
  We don't know how the feature will continue to evolve, but for now it will require Midnight and an active WoW subscription. However, housing is not level-gated. You'll be able to create a level 1 character and immediately hop into the Housing feature and collect decor.

No housing for poor people. Go back to your garrisons where you belong.

I haven't looked into it much, but if it's anything like the garrisons of WoD, I would hate it.

Boo to the 10th power. Luckily I already get my housing fix from other games: good to know ahead of time that the only thing to look forward to from this expac is the DH stuff. Takes a weight off my mind not having to worry about any of those new collectables.
