Hotfix broke low level boe greens?

Low level green BoE's only giving +1 stat value no matter the value on the item

Probably due to the tbc greens bug which has now been fixed after this hotfix but now they have broke low level items lol

Update: Items that seem broke are green boe'e that can roll Of monkey/eagle/eluding/wrath/heal/block etc etc which were obtained before tbc?

New scouting gloves3/3 and wranglers 2/2 stats are still the same while older 4/4 & 3/3 are now 1/1 1/1

If you have a +7 shadow wrath cloak and equip it, it will only give +1 shadow wrath. So any low level green boe now has +1stat value even if you have more on the item. This is a different bug since todays hotfix it seems

can confirm all green suffix gear is giving +1 stat values instead of true values

blizzard are so fkn incompetent


edit: just to note ive tested this with eagle gloves ive had since start of classic so it's not dependent on when u equipped the item etc

it only affects suffix gear, all other green gear is unaffected
