Im making my first shaman twink but IDK which faction i should choose. Draenei have the best racials by far but they cant get inferno robe which is probably the BOS for 19 shamans.
Horde shaman or Alliance shaman?

I think a 19 shaman should roll horde because horde also get another stam shield :]

Quest stuffs, in which horde rocks;
Horde:
[ITEM]2231[/ITEM] - awesome +spellpower robe, +6stats enchantable
[ITEM]6414[/ITEM] - Lots of HP
[ITEM]3761[/ITEM] - Max stamina shield, nice allrounder
VS [ITEM]2933[/ITEM] =P.
Well there's Gutterblade, but that's out of the question if you can get BoA
weapons imo. Or did I forget an alliance reward?
You should check the guide section,
I believe there's a nice guide which covers kinda everything,
I would choose Horde, Inferno and Deadskull rocks =).
Tauren is a strong one by having more base HP and stomp,
to interrupt ( locking someone down completely in combination with shocks ),
or a reliable way to escape when it's off CD.
