I'm assuming it does what it did back during MoP. I used one in a duel with someone back then and it chased them and attacked them, it was ridiculous.

21 int is a fucking lot still lmao. Remember, people have like half-ish the health that they used to have (Legion), and you have enchants and other stats being active again. 21 extra int is huge xd
