Blizzard hooked me up. I bought a faction change, picked up the new items, and got a refund for the first faction change + free faction change back. Which I used to go worge

All I'll be damned, the whole "I've been a cust for a decade and haven't bothered you since 2012" line worked lol

They won't even unbind my items or let me swap out quest rewards I chose accidentally... where's the love Blizzard?

In hindsight I've probably turned a lot of new players away from the game with all the wrecking I do in F2P bg's...

It is for their own good lol... They shouldn't have to handle lvl 29s without gear.
