Opening up recruitment to anything & anyone, this includes monks if you so choose.
We are full on healers/tanks, but any dps spec/class is welcome at this point.
We are suffering from huge attendance problems that can be easily remedied. Alot of our raiders will complain when they get duplicates of their class/spec, but they were already aware this was a 25m guild, not a 10m. As such, again, we're opening up recruitment for all dps specs.
25m is no longer happening due to the lack of numbers we cannot seem to get more than 15-16 to show up, and thats on a really good day, normally we have 12-14 show. We cannot get hard mode kills with this. Over the next week or two I will be deciding between 2 10m's with about 7-8 people or one 10m with back-ups on call.
This decision was fueled also by the lack of preparation alot of our raiders seem to bring. Alot of the mechanics we wipe to are because we lose a healer, a tank, or a number of dps because of the simplest mechanics. This is not just a one time thing, these happen nearly every week.
