I don't know if this has been posted yet but the quest By Hook Or By Crook - Quest - World of Warcraft.
It can give you the buff Nasty which increases attack power and magic damage done by 8 and saintly which increases you health regen by 3%. I don't know how useful this is but it is something.

It's a short period buff that disapears when you die. You can use the buff but only once. I don't really think its worth doing a chain in the barrens for the buff.

Actually it only requires the quest Drag it Out of Them - Quest - World of Warcraft and as long as you don't complete it you can talk to the quest giver to get the buffs again.

You can get the buff again, but only when the last buff has run out, or you clicked it off.
