It's quite new, but is growing fast.

I did do my research before creating one...and couldnt find a trace of an 80 community on horde. The only ones i found were on EU and Alliance. If there are others out there, they are pretty hard to find for a twink that is searching for one...initially wanted to join one, but couldnt find any.
