You need 525 fishing on your twink. When mop timewalking dungeons come up, you need to spam queue on your high level toon for timewarped badges. Then go to timeless isle and turn in the timewarped badges for commendation of the anglers. Use these to get to revered rep. Once you get revered, go to Nat Pagle in Krasarang Wilds (location here > https://gyazo.com/ee422e935a8c4c97ffdd04cfba9c52a0 ) and purchase the fishing raft. It will then be in your toy collections, so you can use it on your twink once it hits 525 fishing. GL and make sure you have find fish ability, hearth at booty bay, riggle bassbait targetting macro, and a good location to win.
