penance could still use a nerf (you can see the dmg in the pic), but it's not as big of a deal disc should be the most offensive healer

I only played my ele shaman for 2 games, but I didn't feel comfortable having two shaman in the same server. (Main is an ele shaman)
If they can buff fury warriors and aff locks by maybe 10%, it would mean all classes may be useful now.
