Holy agm batman

If nothing had changed, OP wouldn't have made this thread. All you have to do is mouse over the in-game digital clock to see both local and server times.

Patch 5.1: Realm Event Time Changes - Forums - World of Warcraft

I just checked and Elune server is Eastern Time zone, which would explain why you think there are no changes. The difference between pacific and eastern is 3 hours. Even though you still get agm at the same time as before, other servers with time zones that don't overlap with Pacific time aren't this way. At 3 am elune time you are getting a 12 AM pacific chest.

This isn't the case for Azgalor, Bleeding Hollow, or Laughing Skull so you are lying.

You're going ham on such a silly topic to argue about.

If it is 12 local time at Sneaky but 3 realm time, howcome hes clock showed 10:08 local AND realm time?

I was using 12 and 3 as an example. Eastern time is 3 hours behind Pacific time. What I was saying was that even though he was still gettin AGM at the same time, he is technically getting say for example, a 6pm AGM when his realm time is 9PM because of the change to Pacific time.

I know but if that was the case, shouldn't his ingame clock always have a 3 hours difference between local and realm time?

Nope you told Rithonuwy to check his realm time and local time which was all misleading.

Scenario: Rithonuwy's server time is EST but his local time is Central. Rithonuwy has local time accidentally displayed.

Clock: 12:00

But if he mouseovers his clock time, this is what he will see and realize he was mistaken:

Server Time: 1:00

Local Time: 12:00

At this point, Rithonuwy would have realized he made a mistake and that he had local time displayed instead of server time (which is EST), in which case AGM had already been dropped an hour prior.

Thus, my point was valid. But you came on to this forum like an angry girl - "Sneaky stop giving false information." when in reality my point was completely valid. So you questioned my intelligence and also my integrity as an accurate poster and provider of information.

You're the one who looks like an idiot claiming that AGM times haven't changed when really you just got extremely lucky in naming 2 servers that just happened to be eastern time; 3 hour difference from pacific time which is why you think there was no change when really it's that you are opening a 12am gurubashi chest at 3AM server time

Do I really need to tell you what everyone here thinks of you? I'm not the idiot here, you are. I was never wrong but you started calling me out for no reason. I, on the other hand, never said you were wrong but like the angry girl you are, kept attacking me for no good reason. In the end you were right about the changes, but made yourself look like an idiot for calling out and insulting someone who was never wrong.

Jeez, I had to break this down like I was talking to a 5 year old.

BH is also eastern time.
Please explain.

It's like trying to comfort a down syndrome kid who lost his favourite toy....

I forgot that BH is eastern time. so in a way they benefit in being a 3 hour difference from PSDT and essentially not facing a changeup in AGM schedule. My mistake, but that is irrelevant since it sounds like the OP was on a non-pacific/eastern time zone. Azgalor and Laughing Skull are both CST though, so they are going for agm at 11,2,5,8,

However, do we know that Rithonuwy was on Bleeding Hollow? Most likely not since he said " I pulled my horde rogue to my other realm"

We don't know if Rithonuwy was on a server with a server time that was EST. " I pulled my horde rogue to my other realm"

If he moused over the clock and saw the mistake, why would he make a thread about it? That makes no sense at all.

No. Look at my posts from before, Blizzard changed it so that events like gurubashi arena no longer go by server time, rather by PSDT time.

The reason this happened was because people abused cross realm zones for things like the STV fishing tournament so they made it so that all US realms go by PSDT time instead of server time for events like these to prevent people from taking advantage of it.

Server time really has no purpose anymore, and many people were complaining on the forums about how Blizz should add a PSDT clock to the in-game clock.

So how does that affect Sargeras?
I believe they are CST in time zone.

Sargeras is indeed CST just like Azgalor. So if you go by your realm time the AGM will be dropping at 11,2,5,8,11, and so on. PSDT is 2 hours ahead of CST which is why you will get the PSDT 9am chest at 11AM in CST.

Sorry for the large letters, just wanted to make sure that you didn't miss the most important parts

Sneaky has a higher postcount so he wins.

"A higher post count on forums speaks for that that person knows what he/she/it is talking about."
-Drama

Sneaky definitely right and Stealthcnt must be wrong. This is also why I'm trying to get a high postcount, so I WILL ALWAYS BE RIGHT!

Spoiler: Haven't read the last 3 pages so have no idea what's going on with the discussion. All I have to say is:

Keep cool, get AGMs and fuck bitches.

Do you understand what the word 'scenario' implies or means? Shall I explain that as well to you?

Stop being such a try hard...give it up.

So you are just making up a random scenario that is completely irrelevant to the reason why the OP made this thread? Cool.
