HoJ and Ironfoe for 59 rogue?

Would using Hand of Justice, Ironfoe, and Battleworn Thrash Blade work well for a 59 outlaw rogue with elemental force enchants?

Also I would be more interested in swapping the battleworn thrash blade for a proc weapon or having a mainhand with high damage to really get the most out of the trinket.

Unless things changed with 8.1, HoJ rarely procs. Same with IF. These get re-tested periodically, but I haven’t seen anything on them since BFA. Would be worth someone spending 5-10 minutes on a test dummy to check. I’ll be home late this evening, so I can do some tests on my 60 warrior and 59 paladin if nobody does it before then.

I use an ilv 58 Flurry Axe, Ironfoe, and Hand of Justice on my 49 rogue sometimes with 2x elemental force. It’s strong, I feel like it procs often, def a fun build to in especially with Martyr on neck and Ramms bolts. Plenty of times I can 100-0 other twinks in cheapshot, though I do have a few other tricks up my sleeve

They work, they proc, they can proc off of eachother. However they are vendor trash in comparison to Dragon's Call.

I meant that Elemental Force can proc off the extra swings, my bad

Personally I run Cudgel of Naralex (boosts melee dmg 40+) and oh scaled midnight mace (big on agi and the shadow resist helps a lot) haven’t come across anything better for consistent dmg yet
