Edit: it works the same way as the haliscan pantallons/tuxedo pants! Attach it on your main, send it to your low-level.

Hah, 40 Hit is epic, i can imagine this will make it a whole lot easier to compete with hunters for the rogues.

Though, they doesnt parry so much if you're behind the npc right? But i see that it'll be a problem for the tanks in a rogue perspective.
