Hit cap arcane mage

Ok, I am looking for some theorycrafting on hit capping an arcane mage. Below I have listed all the items granting hit rating, and all the substitute items, that I would have used instead of hit rating item, could you guys give me the best shot at a hit capped arcane mage, with a nice health pool and good amount of crit too? :)

Cloak: Spidersilk Drape - Tumultuous Cloak of the Sorcerer (4int/4sta/4haste)
Wrist: Hovel Digger Bands - Mindthrust Bracers
Weapon: Grand Staff of Jordan (10sta/6hit/6resi/39SP) - Dignified Headmaster's Charge (9sta/7int/6crit/39SP)
Wand: Wind Rider Wand - Firebelcher - Durak's Wand
Boots: Slippers of Unturned Loyalties - Spidersilk Boots - Merger Boots. Enchants: 5 hit - 7 stamina.
Rings: Lavishly Jeweled Ring - Seal of Argas - Stillwater's Signet

Than you :)

Hovel Diggers Bands + Dread Pirate + Spidersilk drape would work

Wind Rider if u dont have boa ring

Edit: Most people use Lavishly + Spidersilk, but just throwing out something new uh

On my phone so cba edit..

In my crit-det I've copied Xtrodas' gear (gametlme ran out so can't switch gear). However, that set has hit wand and 5 hit on boots. As an arc mage minor speed isn't as important (blink + 35% speed iirc)

Minor speed is relevant.
i roll with Gsoj simply because the stam + resi is soemthing that you will find yourself needing anyways, and not getting insta-zerked is more relevant than nit-picking sp.. (from my experience.)
i roll out 550 crits on a routine basis with AB, and once you get the hang of it, and you find yourself really wishing you had abit more HP, you'll find that kills are moer about how well you do at "not dying" than "hoping for high numbers."
ofc this is all personal prefference and you shouldn't take any of it too seriously :j

Spacegoat no, was thinking of belf, but thanks for all the replies! :D gonna try and find the build that suits me the best :)
