Highest possible ilvl on a 20?

I'm trying to test something and was wondering what the highest ilvl that a 20 can be boosted to? I know some of the engineering items have pretty high ilvl and there's a trinket that drops off a rare in pandaria with 100+ ilvl.

pretty sure my rogue is near the highest possible (@ ilvl 69)

items worth noting:

head: gnomish mind control cap (ilvl 47)
neck: problem solving pendent (ilvl 80)
back: parachute cloak (ilvl 45)
belt: gnomish harm prevention belt (ilvl 43)
feet: gnomish rocket boots (ilvl 45)
rings: the rock (ilvl 60) x2
trinket 1: hook of the master angler (ilvl 65)
trinket 2: bottled tornado (ilvl 400)

for the other slots i'm pretty sure that quest & dungeon gear is the highest - threw that set together months ago so i might've missed something.

Can you check how much Felmouth Frenzy procs for with the set? I think it uses ilvl to determine damage done. If that's the case, I think Tornado might be BiS for most DPS classes

that set did more damage than i expected - the procs only seemed to be hitting for the average amount though.

Yeah I was surprised haha. It doesn't make sense though because I do less damage with the procs when I have no equipment on but it doesn't increase if I have "better" gear on. Maybe it uses attack power or something.

Edit: It's still broken AF though. Like 16% of my damage that bg was Fel Lash ._. It's pretty much like having a second elemental force enchant on your weapon.

yeah, at first i thought they had done more damage than usual but it must've been an ambush crit or something.

i've had a couple times where all of the procs have hit for 100+, not sure if it was due to zerker buff or something else - i've only used the buff for a few bgs so far so i'll have to check it out more tomorrow.
