Highest item level gear so far

I have a level 10 twink pally and this is what i know

Helm, neck , and shoulders are BFA all item level 60 plus
Chest,gloves.belt.legs all legion question item level 50
NEW GEAR I FOUND island expidition for my level top the wrist back and feet are item level 37 may be more for 19s cost 35 dubloons

Rings and trinkets i havent found better then item level 14 the standard item level for 10

My twinks name is Abittwisted on bleed hollows got questions message me in game ill update yall if i find more

Update they hotfixed the Island expedition gear

They never went live, ive been watchin them since ptr black empire nerf, the tokens say ilvl 37, but proc 14-16ilvl gear.

Ah ty, not sure what the op is talking about then. Maybe he though the tokens would drop 37 ilvl stuff but realized it didnt when he opened it.
